Nursery application can be downloaded as a Word or a PDF document for your convenience or you can use the online form below register an application.
Please remember we will need to see an original copy of your child's birth certificate and proof of your address.
- Late Collection Fees:
- The cost for late collection is £5.00 per 15 minutes with an additional fee of £5.00 for any minutes incurred within any further 15 minutes per child.
- Additional Hours Fees: Fees are due monthly, and are to be paid in advance by 1st of each month.
- Full fees are payable including absences for sickness. Unpaid fees may result in immediate suspensions or terminations of care unless reasonable arrangements are made and accepted by both parties.

Launcelot Primary School is under a duty to protect the public funds it administers and to this end may use the information you have provided on this form within this for the prevention and detection of fraud. I may also share this information with other bodies solely for this purpose.
I CERTIFY THAT THE INFORMATION I HAVE GIVEN IS TRUE AND COMPLETE. I AUTHORISE THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LEWISHAM TO CHECK THE DETAILS I HAVE SUPPLIED AGAINST RECORDS HELD WITHIN THE COUNCIL AND BY OTHER AGENCIES INCLUDING LOCAL AUTHORITIES. I UNDERSTAND THAT SUPPLYING FALSE INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN A PLACE BEING WITHDRAWN.
- I understand that there is no automatic right to transfer from the Nursery Class to the Reception Class at Launcelot School.
- I understand that I will need to complete an application Form to apply for a Reception place through Lewisham Local Authority during the published registration period.
